It is simply too good and it is true!!
It’s about time we break the back of these crude oil market speculators who are bent upon hijacking the whole world’s economy.
My guess is within next 3 years there is going to be revolutionary changes in the energy market.The Oil rich Sheiks better invest their petro-dollars wisely because the party is going to be over soon.

I have a few thoughts left in this old brain. I will have to push some old things out to gather new information.

Yes, freedom of choice is a wonderful thing and as baby boomers we helped that movement in the 60’s.
We have come a long way and learned much.

Its only a freedom of choice if what you’re doing doesn’t effect my health or my grandchildrens.

SMOKING is not a good choice. That is in a choice someone had to stop. Smokers new the health risks for others and seemed not to really care. So eat that donut and anything else you like but, Smoke your brains out at HOME and don’t DRINK and drive.

Recreation Trends:

I would suggest that locating multifamily projects in Urban Infill sites will provide Urban Recreation opportunities, such as walking, Urban Park access etc. … an ongoing and emerging trend for the boomer demographic … and one that is looking for sustainable and cost-effective all of the time.
